Salon Policies
At Glam by Camila, our priority is to provide a high-level service in a professional, organized, and safe environment.
The following policies exist to protect both our customers and our team.
Appointments, Cancellations and Punctuality
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. (Appointments with a deposit can only be rescheduled.)
The maximum wait time for a customer is 15 minutes.
After this time, the appointment may be cancelled or modified depending on availability.
Access to the Hall
Pets are not allowed inside the salon, unless they are properly certified service animals.
Service Reservations
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly add all services at the time of booking.
If any service was not included, we cannot guarantee its provision if other appointments are scheduled.
If you are having trouble scheduling, please contact our team directly.
Professional Consultation and Results
All services include a mandatory prior consultation, where the procedure, approximate times and expected result are explained.
Each service is tailored to the individual characteristics of each client's hair, skin, or nails.
Warranty, Corrections and Refunds
Our guarantee is based on professional correction, not immediate refunds.
Any complaints must be reported within 72 hours of the service.
Before considering any adjustments or compensation, the client must return to the salon for a professional evaluation.
If during the evaluation it is determined that the result does not meet Glam by Camila's standards, a correction will be made at no additional cost.
The warranty is voided if the customer:
modify the work outside the classroom,
use external products not recommended,
Consult another professional.
does not follow aftercare instructions.
Refunds are not part of our standard policy.
Only in exceptional cases, when a correction is not feasible and there is direct responsibility on the part of the venue, may partial compensation be considered at the sole discretion of the administration.
Under no circumstances are full refunds given for services already rendered.

Store policies
If you wish to return an item purchased at "Glam by Camila", you have 15 days from the date you received it to do so.
(We do not cover return shipping costs)
The items must retain all their parts and labels, and also be in good condition.
The return policy does not apply for certain items, such as:
Items that are for final sale, or items that specify it.
