Salon Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will lose your security deposit.

  • If you don't show up for your appointment, you automatically forfeit your security deposit. Please understand that we reserve a certain time for your services; if a client doesn't show up for their appointment, we lose time and money.

  • Pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are service pets .

  • Please add all the services you will be receiving during your appointment. If you do not include all the services, we are not sure if they can be performed if we have another appointment scheduled. If you have trouble scheduling, please contact us directly.

  • Waiting time for a customer is limited to 15 minutes. If the customer doesn't arrive within this period, they will be classified as a no-show and will lose their security deposit.

  • All of our services include a mandatory consultation with the client, during which the procedure, approximate times, and expected results will be explained in detail. Because each service is tailored to the individual characteristics of each client's hair, skin, or nails, no refunds will be issued once the service is completed, regardless of whether the final result is satisfactory.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant and safe environment in our salon.

Store policies

If you wish to return an item purchased at "Glam by Camila", you have 15 days from the date you received it to do so.

(We do not cover return shipping costs)

 

The items must retain all their parts and labels, and also be in good condition.

 

The return policy does not apply for certain items, such as:

Items that are for final sale, or items that specify it.
