Salon Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will lose your security deposit.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment, you automatically lose the security deposit. Understand that we set aside a certain time for your services, if a client does not show up for their appointment we lose time and money.

  • Pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are service pets.

  • Please add all the services that will be performed in your appointment, if you do not separate all the services we are not sure if they can be performed if we have another appointment scheduled, if you have problems scheduling, contact us directly.

  • The wait for a customer is limited to 15 minutes. If the client does not arrive within this period, it will be classified as non-attendance and the security deposit will be lost.​

  • We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant and safe environment in our classroom.

Store policies

If you wish to return an item purchased at "Glam by Camila", you have 15 days from the date you received it to do so.

(We do not cover return shipping costs)

 

The items must retain all their parts and labels, and also be in good condition.

 

The return policy does not apply for certain items, such as:

Items that are for final sale, or items that specify it.
