Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are service pets. Please include all the services you will be performing in your appointment. If you do not schedule all the services, we are unsure if they can be performed if we have another appointment scheduled. If you have trouble scheduling, please contact us directly. Wait for a client is limited to 15 minutes. All our services include a mandatory consultation with the client, during which the procedure, approximate times, and expected results will be explained in detail. Because each service is tailored to the individual characteristics of each person's hair, skin, or nails, no refunds will be issued once the service is completed, regardless of whether the final result is to your liking.
